A. Subscribe and Save puts your daily supplements on autopilot so you can get your favourite products delivered exactly when you need them. Best of all you get 15% off all subscribe and save orders.
You can easily change the Product, Quantity, Delivery date or Cancel at any time! You have full control.
Q. How do I start a Subscribe & Save subscription?
- Find a product you would like for subscription, and select your preferred quantity and frequency.
- Place your order.
- Review your order details.
- Confirm yor order
Q. How much is Shipping?
A. Shipping costs vary and are automatically added to your cart at checkout. You will be able to choose the shipping costs which suits you.
Q. Do you offer free shipping?
A. Yes we do! You can now receive free shipping on orders over £20. For orders below £20, the delivery charge will be automatically calculated when you checkout. This is applicable to UK orders only.
Q. When will my order arrive?
A. Shipping options are Standard Delivery (1 day processing and 3-5 business days shipping), or Express Delivery (1 day processing and 1-2 business days shipping).
However, delivery of the shipment might have been delayed by the carrier and we have 10 working days time frame from the estimated delivery date of the order. In most cases the goods will be with you before that time.
Delivery dates are only estimates and Sash Vitality does not guarantee delivery within any such time and shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance.
Q. What are your delivery terms?
A. Please note that your supplements will not be sent until your payment has been authorised. If there is a delay in authorising your payment it will affect your expected delivery time.
It is important that you use the correct delivery address, we will not be able to change the delivery address once you have placed your order as orders are processed very quickly.
Q. What if my order is damaged or lost in transit?
A. We deliver to the whole UK territory (except the Channel Islands) and use the means of delivery / transport that provides the best and quickest service for each area. If your product is lost or damaged in transit, you must make your claim by emailing us.
Damaged products must be retained in case we need to inspect them. For failed deliveries, please wait 10 working days in case of delays.
