I stumbled across these capsules purely by accident and read a lot of the reviews before I purchased them. I am in chronic pain with both types of arthritis and also have lipedema so I have horribly swollen legs. To be honest I was feeling very desperate for something or someone to help me so I thought I would give them a try. They arrived very quickly and got e-mail a day later from the Company advising how best to take them etc which I thought was very good. I have been taking these capsules for almost three weeks and I honestly believe there is a slight improvement in the pain but the most noticeable thing for me is the swelling is not so bad on my legs so I am hopeful these are working for me. I didn't follow the recommendations I started right away taking 3 capsules a day - well I was desperate. I get a slight bit of indigestion with them but I can live with that and would recommend anyone with chronic pain to give them a try with an open mind..

I actually prefer the same one by Sash without the ginger . I think my skin dries up with the ginger . I t is amazing for inflammation but not all pain as some pain is nerve pain ( sciatica ). But also it acts on me as an anti depressant . And it's great . I came off seroxat on it .
Take care as it thins ur blood . I find I have more nosebleeds and they take longer to stop . Do check all contraindications with other pharma meds and supplements even HRT . I'm on HRT and still taking it . But repeat , I prefer the one without ginger by Sash . It's just above it and a little cheaper . It has completely eradicated my anxiety induced overnight back pain

If these are actually turmeric, I'll eat my hat. I've been taking a turmeric supplement for many years, of various different brands, but never once have I had one that isn't orange, and doesn't smell of anything. How do you extract the colour from turmeric??!! And I've pulled one of these apart, and the powder still doesn't smell of anything. I'm not going to risk tasting it, because I really don't trust that these are what they say they are. Would return, but of course once opened they're not returnable...
